Volnteer was created to change how volunteering is experienced. Too often, volunteers gave their time generously but felt invisible, with their effort unrecognised, their growth undocumented, and their contribution left without a lasting record. We wanted to give volunteers a sense of individuality, identity, and appreciation, and something meaningful to show for every hour they give.

Volnteer exists to change that. We shift the focus back to people, purpose, and progress, creating a space where volunteering feels accessible, empowering, and genuinely meaningful. A place where contribution is valued, growth is recognised, and every effort helps build a story worth being proud of.

We worked closely with students, jobseekers, and community partners who gave their time generously but had no consistent way to track it, prove it, or grow from it. Opportunities were scattered, impact lived in forgotten folders, and contribution rarely translated into something they could carry forward.

This vision led to our Level Up system. By linking experience points to volunteering hours, Volnteer transforms time into tangible progress. Each tier represents growth, commitment, and impact, giving volunteers a clear sense of progression and achievement. It introduces a motivating, competitive edge to volunteering, making the journey feel rewarding and engaging.
